I have a 1996 Town and Country and when i turn on the windshield wipers all i get is a clicking noise. The wipers act like they want to move but don't. Could this be an electrical problem or a the wiper motors?

Remove the wiper arms, remove the bezel under it(about 6 screws). Then you can see all the wiper mechanism. Sound like the linkage has popped loose. If the button has broke, you can get these at auto parts store now.

sounds like you have a faulty wiper control module go to your nearest auto parts store and buy and replace its just a couple of screws and like two wires i believe...god luck
Fuse # 5 in your panel should be a 20amp fuse, which provides power to wipers. Not 100% sure, but would bet there is a relay in that circuit before motor. Try to feel/hear, exactly where clicking is coming from. It is usually easy to simply narrow the click noise area down, then set finger lightly on relays, and feel it when it clicks. Pull it out & have tested or replace.
