Two things could have happened to cause this. The horn switch in the steering wheel horn pad is stuck or the relay has failed. To stop the horn from blowing remove the horn relay. Usually in a fuse box under the hood square shaped. You can some times pull the horn fuse and this may stop it also. The owners manual should have these component locations. My horn sounds off and won't stop 'til I disconnect battery cable. Why?

sounds like there's a short in your wiring in the steering column, A lot of times with a tilt wheel a wire get loose or gets a short in it. the steering wheel may have to come off to fix the problem but make sure to disconnect the airbag first, I'm not sure what vehicle you have so I don't know where to tell you to look for the connection, may be best to take to a dealership if possible. Hope this helps.

Horn won't blow in my 2001 toyota corolla

CHECK for bad grounding of horn itself, rust and oxidation may not allow it to ground, also try "jumping" a wire from battery to horn, if it blows horn itself is good, contacts inside steering wheel button may be bent flat, or wire bad..

Horn stays on

Normally there is a horn relay, try replacing that. The contacts can weld together and keep the horn on. If you take the relay out and leave it out, you won't have a horn but at least it won't be blowing all the time.

Horn wont work.i check the fuse in the door and

Maybe horn became unplugged. Put 12 v power to horn make sure horn works. Put test light on terminal on horn have someone press the horn button, if light comes on and horn does not blow you may need new horn. if light does not come on you may have bad contact at horn button, blown fuse, broken wire, bad horn relay or possibly just a bad ground.

Horn just stop blowing,won't blow

When you press on the horn button do you hear the horn relay click? The start at the horn, bench test it, if it works then check for power, is the fuse good and is the relay ok. If the stuff checks out then it may be the horn contacts behind the steering wheel.
