I have a mazda efini mpv 1996 model my problem is we dont have any parts and acc. available here in the philippines. i just wanna ask if what car or car model that is similar to its parts like strut aseembly or coil spring even tie rod ends... hope u can help me....is it the same with mazda bongo?

I'm not sure on your specific model, but most automatic transmissions do not have a drain plug. You need to remove the entire bottom pan to drain the fluid.

Best method is to loosen/remove all bolts except two corner bolts, then when the pan comes loose the fluid will run from one side -- hopefully from one corner. It's always a little messy, even for experienced mechanics. Have a new gasket ready and a filter kit (you need to remove the pan to get to the filter).

I was browsing unsolved problems. If you still have the problem, I'll try to help you. But it's going to be awhile trying to communicate back and forth. First...Check the engine for spark. Take off a plug wire and stick a screw driver in the wire end and place the metal part of the screw driver next to something on the van that's metal. Have someone crank it over for just a second or two and see if a small spark jumps from the screw driver to the metal part. I'll check back for your answer.

There is a bypass pulley that is becoming available to more and more models. just check with a parts supplier and ask for an a/c bypass pulley kit.. hope that helps
