Where do i put in freon

You don't

Have a shop test the system for leaks

No point in hurting yourself, letting air into the system,
to over charge & ruin it

If you have to add, it will leak out again, will it not, & continue
to pollute the air as it is now doing

Those cans should not be sold in stores

You need lot of knowledge/training in the law of physics
pertaining to refrigerant, to work on a/c systems

Freon WAS a Dupont trade name only & no longer used

They don't even own the refrigerant part of the business,it
has been sold to a hedge fund or capital management firm

Hesitates and misses at low speeds , check engine light comes on and when i put the code reading scanner on it i got a code 172, need to know ow to fix it

DTC 172 can be set by a variety of things from a bad Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor to a vacuum leak to a bad EGR system.

I would start with cleaning the MAF sensor.
