Have a 2004 cadillac deville dhs. With stock rims 6 months after purchas steering wheel began shaking at 45mph to 75mph. Gets better towards 70mph. Dealer does not know what it is. I have gotten the wheels balanced and all that. Did you figure out what to do to fix your issue?

How old are your tires ? have one out of round or busted cords inside , maybe a wheel weight feel off . take it to the tire shop have the balance checked !
How old are the good tires? These speeds usually mean belt or balance problem with tires...If new tires, they need to be re-checked for balance...and not out of round...also check for bent wheel...due to chuckhole? Sometimes a bent steel wheel can be hammered straight...hope this helps.
If the engine is misfiring and that is the source of the shaking then the check engine light will be flashing like crazy, other wise it is not the engine causing this, I know was a Ford tech for 25 years.
