I have a '98 high mileage Pontiac Bonneville that has lost its acceleration power and is hesitating to the point where it almost jerks. I had a new fuel pump 8 months ago and recently had the fuel injectors cleaned, got a new fuel filter and air filter. It seems to work better if I put in a bottle of carberator/fuel injector cleaner everything I put in gas. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? I don't want to put too much more $$ in this car but can't quite give it up yet since I have already put so much money into it.
When was the last time spark plugs and wires where done? That could be a possible cause, also check the timing through the distrubotor cap.

Had new fuel regulator,one of the fuel injectors was bad but fixed and put in new fuel filter and air filter.
