If only the speedometer is inop, it will 90% of the time be a speed sensor. 1 10mm bolt and a plug tales 5 minutes to replace If any other issues occur it is likely In th dash and see earlier suggestions or seek a professional shop, or a salvage yard to replace the cluster . Is your easliest solutions
It coould be the brake light switch, the wiring or the bulb failure relay under the dash. You will need a test light and a wiring diagram to find the problem. If you can get someone knowledgable about cars to help you, I can send you a wiring diagram.
under the dash is a blinker solenoid. it constantly clicks when the turn signals are on. could be bad. Does the four way hazards work? if they do then it will be your turn signal switch (the handle you use to turn on the turn signals.) I've been a mechanic for 10 yrs. Hope this helps
another magic relay with fairy dust ,it does not have a relay for the side lights ,their is a fuse for each side of the side lights ,not front and rear so if both side lights on for the rear then its picking up a stray feed somewhere ,and if it is then this is a painstaking job to find and it might be quicker to rewire ,remember that both sides have seperate fuses so i would have expected it throw the front lights on as well so check the bulbs their as well
there is a problem of short circuit with parking light wire , it got grounded some where to check need wiring diagram for it or to find out it without diagram it will took lot of time, best way to findout start with tail lamp and find a wire for parking lamp same wire will go for lh side and rh side, then run that wire till fuse box, you will find some where it got cut or short at ground, first if you have multmeter check that wire contunity with body eart, connect onw cable of multimeter to parking wire and other to body any where but that surface shopuld not painted or connect it to dicky latch .try it if you can find it, thanks , if not let me know i try to explain you more, thanks.
Just go through the fuse box and look at each fuse with a flashlight and see if you can see one or more that have a break in the internal of the fuse. You don't need a diagram to do that. Or if you have a test light you can check the posts on the fuses themselves with the key on and see if you get a light on each post of each fuse.
