On my 97 SL2 it's on the passenger front side near where your left foot would go. You remove the panel as part of the center console and it's behind it

In my 1994 Saturn SL1, there is a grey one under the hood on the driver's side AND one inside the car on the passenger side where the left foot would go

On the passenger side, on the side of the instrument panel, there is another fuse box, the radio fuse is number 10 on mine. The problem is I changed it and the radio still doesn't work.
On a 93 sl2 its in the same fuse box, but is number 19

Where is the fuse for the windshield wipers on a 1999 Saturn SL?

It is located on the fuse panel on the Passenger side.
Look for the removable panel that is located below the radio/center bezel on the right side (passenger side). It's not part of the center shifter console, but just forward of it. Remove the panel marked "Fuses"! You will find the Wiper Fuse in this panel along with the fuses for the Radio, Accessory Power Plug/Lighter, Power Door Lock & Window Relays, Fuel Pump Relay, Cruise Control fuse, exc......

1994 Saturn lighter and overhead light fuse where are they no more run arounds

Those fuses are usually in the fuse box under the driver's side dash board. Also check the driver's side kick panel. That's the place to the left of your left foot. You'll have to look around under there to find it.
If not there, then try the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Then there's always a repair manual at the car parts store. They run about $25.

94 saturn will not start, new battery, completly dead

I would check the maxi fuses (big ones) in the underhood fuse box first. If you find one blown and replacement fixes the problem,be sure to get the alternator checked for proper operation,if the cables
were reversed the alt. often is "wounded".

Removing radio from saturn to install stero

The plastic surround cosmetic piece which goes around the radio and climmate controls just snaps out to the rear with some gentle pulling. There will be then exposed two small bolts on either side of the radio. Unscrew them and the radio pulls out, the antenna wire and plug for the wiring harness will have to be disconnected. Note you will have to have an adapter for your panasonic to plug it into the GM wiring socket. If you stroll over to ebay motors you can find these adapters and find many replacements in case you break the cosmetic piece when you remove it.
