Headlights are not powered by a fuse. It uses a mini circuit breaker and or a main fuse located in the main fuse/relay center under hood. Have the mini circuit breaker checked. The fuses/relays are marked in the main box.

Don't have my GM Geo metro LSI 9392 dr box cover how do I know where the fuse go and amps

93/92 means year 1992 or 1993 and not sure?
the geo metro user guides can be found googling or on ebay used
or here. lost it out of glove box sure,
the books were paper then ,no digital documents until 2000 year.
GM sold this car, it is badge'd product, maker is Suzuki Swift./
under hood sticker see Suzuki name on it. GM is just a badge.

no engine size told and that can make fuse boxes very different on any car..
here is some free links to things GEO metro and the swift.
http://fixkick.com/swift

Lp2 and L72 engines, glove box RPO GM coded,
1.0L or 1.3L respective.
the 1.0L gets 50MPG, amazing if not flogged hard.

https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

my work mate had one and had to sell it, as every one tailgated him at 60-mph, but 1.0L cars in USA are rare as chicken lips.

the colors of the fuses are amps coded. so it not lost the color is it.
ATC fuse rules, and tables.

this looks alive

Radio fuse on 1997 Geo Metro

the appropriate fuse is blue (15A) and is third or fourth from the side of the car (the narrow end). Look at the fuse box cover.
