If the gauge doesn't move, try replacing the temperature sending unit (sensor).

The dash is held in place by screws you will have to open both front doors in the door jam area you should see two screws take these out then you will have to take the radio out then you will have access to the other screws pull the control panel out for the heater and ac controls this will give you access to other screws that should about do it you will have to pull up on the dash in order to release it from the fraME.

replace the computer. 94 el dorado 94 seville 94 de ville computers are the same just make sure its the 4.9l motor u have . because the computer will make the car run real bad if u do not get the correct computer

change the RIM (rear intigration module)

Work the headlight switch round and round first. That's the dimming feature of the dash lights. Maybe they messed with it. Digital dashes have problems especially at that age of car. If nothing works see about a used one from a salvage yard

press economy than up the heat botton to the highest like 90 that should do it.

Dash board removal, need to get to the wiring harness behind the dash. Have a few burnt wires that need to be replaced.

My friend has just installed new rotors and brake shoes on the rear of my 99 deville. The service stability system light flashes on and off and dings, as it flashes. Also, the traction control light is on at the top of the dash. How do I go about cancelling these anoying lights out on my dash??!! Please, somebody help me.
