Wont start any more please help

We bought a 92 accord about a month ago. it had an aftermarket alarm, which was disconnected, well my son decided to hook it back up. when he did the car would not turn over. i had him disconnect it and it started right up. well he drove it for a few hours, and the car would no longer start again. i dont know if the alarm is just a coincidence or not. it doesnt seem to be pumping any fuel. i see no fuse for a fuel pump, and have checked the fuses under the drivers side and under the hood. any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. thank you, erin

Alarm on 2004 kia spectra wont let me start car

If the alarm is aftermarket I would remove it , I see this problem several times a month , take a test light and test for power at the starter signal wire while someone turns the key to crank this is the small gauge wire going into starter,if there is no power at this wire it will not crank ,if you momentarily apply voltage to the starter signal wire it will crank( also check starter signal fuse)(most alarm systems have a starter interrupt system ,and the aftermarket alarms fail after a few years) Alot of people believe there alarm is factory because it was there when they bought it new but dealer do add alarms that are aftermarket to please there insurance companies

Which fuse is for the car alarm on a 1990 Honda Accord?

1990 Accord didn't come with a factory alarm option. You must have an aftermarket alarm installed and the fuse for that alarm will be on the red wire, very close to the actual alarm brainbox. That brainbox should be located under the dashboard somewhere, normally on the drivers side, but it all depends on where the installer decided to put it. :)

Electrical problems with my 96 honda accord

This happens because the removal of the current to the computer or CPU gets de-programed. You may be able to solve the problem (if it comes up gain ) by disconnecting the negative cable with the engine off. Then renstalling it back after a minute. This will reprogram the computer.

I have a 98 accord the alarm remote will not do anything. I've replaced the batteries twice, still nothing. I've disconnected the battery on the car still nothing. The other day my son was in the car with...

As with most vehicle theft systems they have a life expectancy and the control unit may not be working correctly but try hooking the ground to a better stripped location. I usually find an area on the frame and sand off the paint then use a self tapping screw and reground it then try it if not purchase another aftermarket system and have it installed professionally most aftermarket systems are better anyways and last longer plus they come with warranty. Heres a good site to buy one at wholesale.

1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee battery drainage (continued)

If this jeep has a towing package, and it is a factory pakage, if I remember correctly, the left side rear inner panel by the tailgate has a module pack behind it. Disconnect it and test for draw again.
