Well, both will probably work depending on the room you have to install it. recommended battery sizes also vary according to what size motor you have. The differences in the batteries aside from the size (the 35 is probably bigger than the 24) are the cranking amps and the post sizes. It's going to depend on the part number of the battery too. If the bigger one will fit I would suggest getting that one as it will be a stronger battery and will probably last longer. Just make sure the post sizes are the same as what you already have and that it will fit in the battery tray.

If you got Diesel engine you must use a 70 to 80 AmpH battery.
If you got a gasoline engine a normal 60 Amp/Hr bettery can be use.
