Can you tell me what the trouble codes p1529 and po745 means for a 2002 Hyundai Accent.

I am having the same problem....had my transmission rebuilt...then 8 weeks the check engine light came on and throwed that code plus 4th gear ratio code.....Now I had it rebuilt again....and now the P0128 has come on for the 4th time and these codes as welll....U01028, U3910, U11500, P0000....would you all know what those are? P0128 is temp sensor...have had thermostat and bottom housing replaced...and both sensors. no leaks...???? Can someone help??
