2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited - heater/ac blower motor comes back on after you turn off the ignition. Sometimes it will only come on for less than a minute, sometime it will kill the battery.

Because a relay (it is a switch) when defective will do some unusual things and is the easiest thing to swap out in the PDC. If the relay is known to NOT be the cause, then a more detailed approach will be needed to isolate this unusual circuit issue, and will require a volt meter to test voltages with the vehicle on and off as well as other circuits.
