Ford Focus 2003 TDCi Not Starting!

I have a Ford Focus 2003 TDCi.It was driving fine. I stop for a wile, after that it does not want to start at all. I then checked all the fusses, glow plugs but noting.sometimes it gets going for just about 1 or to seconds then it cuts out again.there are no warning lights flashing on the dash bord

Check the diesel filter.it will be clogged,i am sure.Replace it.
