So does the fan turn on or not and there is a blower moter resester you can check that controls the fan speed when you select on the switch its usualy mounted next to the fan.

2003 ford explorer sport trac blower motor and switch not getting any power, it was working fine a while ago and i had to start flipping the switch to head then off then back to head, what is wrong?

The selector switch on the dash controls the blower motor relay, then the fan switch controls the speed. The fan switch gets power from a 40amp fuse and the control panel gets power from two other fuses.
If you are working the control switch to get the fan to work, the control switch may be failing.

Which posiiton are the relays that control the volatge distribution to the resistor pack on the blower heater control switch circuit?

Sounds like double work to me

The wd40 will only work until you have
6" of snow & need some heat, then what

I would replace the blower motor &
resistor pack

I like to tinker as you do, but only one time

I would suggest on the free side, you get a print
from the local repair shop off of AllData & bring
some donuts & coffee, that way you have your
wiring diagrams

Fan quit on 87 celebrity, heat ac, etc.. fuse ok ????

Hi
Check for bad connection at heater resistor or try tapping heater motor lightly
with ignition switch on and heater switch on. Could be heater switch connection.

Heater will not work

You have either blown a fuse or the fan simply doesn't work or the switch is bad on the dash.
1.  Check fuse 2. try and check fan , use diagnostics as described in manual, get online or from library or kragen 3. if fan works or tests good, might be dash issue, which will me dissassembly.
good luck
please vote on this solution.

Heater not working

either blower motor resistor or blower selector switch.could be selector switch because if resistor was gone you should still have either hi or low fan speeds.

Air condition

Check the following fuses:
10 amp GAUGE under the dash, and the 40 amp HEATER under the hood.
If both fuses are good, I suspect that you may either have a bad fan switch or a bad heater fan motor. The switches are rare to fail, I would suspect the heater motor first. Please try this: Turn the key on; turn the fan switch to high. Look under & behind the glovebox, for the bottom of the heater fan motor. Round thing with 3 screws holding it to the heater box. Using a small hammer, or something that you can tap with, tap on the bottom of the heater fan motor. You just may jar the motor enough to make it run. If it comes back on, you may need to replace it at some point in the near future. Worked for me quite a few times. Try that, repost to me what happens. Hope this helps.
