I have a 1995 crown victoria and the turn signals stay lit and autozone said i needed a flsher. so i got a cylinder flsher and it wont fit into my fuse block properly with the fuse block cover over it. can someone tell me how i can fix this problem please

Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of pedal support bracket, mounted in fuse panel.

turn signals usually have a flasher relay, you might also look at the switch in teh steering column. if the emergency flashers still work, swap the flashers, to see if that fixes the flashers.
you have to turn the key to the on position then stick a small object like an 1/8th inch drill bit. or small screw driver in a small hole on the side of the lock cylinder casing and you can slide out the lock cylinder.
open the trunk and remove the trim panel closest to you whare the latch is. now pull the carpet down on the side you need to fix, remove the 4 nuts holding the lamp assembley, pull the lamp assembley straight out from rear of vehicle .
