Cheaper / better to go to a wreckers/junk yard and get another genuine one
turbo rebuilding is a specialist field and any modifications will affect the ECM of the car

Torque for mazdq astina 1800 es

You will need to give much more information. Vehicle make, model, year, engine, fuel type and what the nut or bolt is actually for. There are hundreds of nuts and bolts on any car and each one is a different torque setting. Without knowing which one your referring to you probably won't get your question answered.

I want to turbocharge my 1989 mazda b2200 what do i need to get?

Your best bet would be to find a used engine assembly with ECM that already has the turbo and intercooler installed on it that will fit your vehicle as a changeout. There are a few differances in turboed engines, the pistons are heaverier duty, the crankshaft is heavier duty, the camshaft has a different performance curve and the ECM is different for the carburation or fuel injection. It would take you a lot of work to convert the engine over so it won't blow up when you jump on it due to overcharging the system. There are quite a few vendors that sell aftermarket packages, but that puts the turbo on the engine and does nothing for the engine strength, especially if you want real performance. Turbos are adjustable for the amount of boost the engine gets and the timing when the waste gate releases the boost to keep from blowing the engine. Depending on where you reside you may also have a problem with smog regulations, especially is there are annual inspections required. Good Luck, RAC

Mazda 626 2.2L Turbo 1989 - Alternator - Fuel Pump

Hi am just up the road on the SSC, it is easier to remove the alternator from underneath the vehicle & if you look under the carpet under the rear seat there is a plate which gives you access to the fuel pump cover in the tank. The pump can be accessed from there. If you want the workshop Manuals I have just uploaded them.
You can download the GD 626 Workshop manual & the Turbo supplement by going to the 626.net site.

1989 mazda 626 turbo window washer pumps

well the pump for the washer solvent is probably fried (unless there is no solvent in the resovoir). and on the gas gauge the way that works is there is a little float handle that goes up and down with the gas. when you put gas in this little float floats on top of the gas and this is how your car knows how much gas you have it sounds like it is getting stuck and will probably need to be replaced
