You should have a place to connect them on the side of the new shocks - assuming you bought air-shocks. Depending on the connection type, you may have to cut the old end off and use the new ends (should be supplied with the shocks.)

Air ride on my 99 cad. devill when people in back seat will bottom out rides to low

If you have Air shocks in the back they are worn out

Your going to get that low ride when people sit in the
back even with new rear shocks & a small adjustment to
the level control to raise the rear

You need to air your tires to the max on tire sidewall

2003 seville sls rear suspention problem.

The problem is with the module controlling the active suspensions.

Often this are controlled directly from the Electronic Control Module, that is the car main computer.

To fix this you need to go to a qualified garage, and have the car computer tested with a scanner.

My air suspention quit working so my rear end is really low and is riding rough I tried to reset the switch in the trunk still don't work then today it died and won't start but still turns over what #

It may be helpful for you to get some idea of the mechanism involved in operating the shock absorbers in your vehicle. Refer this information. It may then be a matter of finding the parts involved if replacement is required

Air ride suspension rear dont work how can i check whats wrong?

The 97 Caddie Seville STS has an air compressor located under the car just in front of the passenger side muffler, above the crossmember. It is a pretty weak compressor, and is only designed to slowly fill up the shocks. Probable issues are a blown compressor, or leaky shocks. Before replacing either make sure you have power going to the compressor, and air going to the shocks. No power to the compressor could be caused by a bad wire, relay, connector or fuse all of which are cheaper to fix. If you have power, check the little air lines leading to the shocks from the compressor to see if you have a leak. Airlines are much cheaper than shocks.

The air suspention pump is not working

Use a test light to the air suspension pump to see if it is getting current. I assume that the rear end is sagging a bit as far as ride height, due to the pump not working. Also, may try to remove and replace pump, assuming that's the problem, and then when the rear air shocks pump up, make sure there are no leaks after shutting down the vehicle.

Also, make sure that the shut off switch for the suspension isn't flipped to 'off.'
