The filter is located under the car on the drivers side of the car, towards the rear of the vehicle, in front of the rear tire. There are two bolts holding the fuel filter bracket in place, undo those bolts and then you can lower the fuel filter enough to more easily undo the fuel lines, the fuel lines have built in clips that secure the fuel lines to the filter, simply squeeze the clips together and pull the fuel line off, but be careful, quite a bit of fuel will pour out of the filter, so it is best to have a catch pan to catch all the excess fuel. then you simply reverse this process to install the new filter. once it is put back together, turn the turn to the on position, but do not start the car, this will prime the fuel lines and fuel filter with fuel, it is best to do this a few times before starting the car
