I have a 1995 lincoln towncar and the radio comes on but I no longer have sound, please help, what's wrong with it?

I think I already answered this... but there is an amplifier behind the back seat in the trunk area, and there is a fuse on it. Start by replacing that fuse.

Tune up 1988 Lincoln Towncar

you need: spark plugs, spark plug wires, depending on if newer system that is all. if it is older you will also need rotor cap and rotor button. label the plug wires and change one plug and corosponding wire at a time after changing the (cap and button).make shure the plug wires go on the new cap in the same order that they came off.

I have a 1998 lincoln towncar with a factory radio with the cd changer in back that didnt work? i started the car the radio came on for 3 min. then went out the lights on the radio started flashing on and...

Hello Amlatham312,

In lieu of the FACTORY WORKSHOP MANUALS..
(which I highly recommend)... you can Register and
use BBB Industries FREE wiring diagrams and TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS (TSBs)...
BBB Industries Premium Alternators Starters Power Steering Products

I believe you will find VERY LITTLE in common with the
WINDOWS & rear mount CD player...

Before I spent a lot of time chasing around individual
fuse circuits... Clean & service your main GROUND
and Battery Cables...

Base no concerns on the DRIVER's window
switch...
It is the most heavily used/abused switch
on EVERY Vehicle... everywhere:

Hope this helps
