Just a shot in the dark, But did you or some one else remove the thermostate?
If so put a new one in this will let the car run fine in the summer but cold weather the car cant get warmed up.

Could be water in the fuel causing icing up in throttle system. Try running some heet in the fuel tank.

What should the cold start oil psi and the 190 degree warm up oil psi be on a 2000 to 2002 gmc Yukon with a 5.3 eng

Different engines can show different values. Sometimes it is the sensor itself that causes the variation. The pressures that you are witnessing are well within operation norms and are nothing to be worried about. As long as you don't experience severe drops in oil pressure during acceleration and deceleration, then the oil pressure system is working well.

Change your oil to a lighter grade. Maybe even try some Lucus Oil Additive. It'll help everything be more willing to move in extreme weather. Good luck!

NO: 18-05-96 Rev. A
GROUP: Vehicle Performance
DATE: May 24, 1996

SUBJECT: **Intermittent Rough Idle**
NOTE: This bulletin supersedes technical service bulletin 18-05-96 dated February 16, 1996 which should be removed from your files. The subject description was printed incorrectly and is marked with **ASTERISKS**
MODELS: 1991 - 1995 Acclaim/Spirit/LeBaron Sedan 1991 - 1993 Dynasty/New Yorker/New Yorker Salon 1991 - 1993 Daytona 1991 - 1995 LeBaron Coupe/LeBaron Convertible 1991 - 1994 Sundance/Shadow/Shadow Convertible 1991 - 1995 Caravan/Voyager/Town & Country NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with 2.2 liter and 2.5 liter engine and high pressure throttle body fuel injection.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
An intermittent rough idle may occur during cold engine operation, within 3 minutes after engine start up, in rainy weather and temperatures of approximately 30° to 50°F.

PARTS REQUIRED:
Quantity Part Number Part Name 1 4288298 Idle Air Control Motor (IAC) REPAIR PROCEDURE:
  1. Remove A/C motor.
  2. Install new IAC motor (P/N 4288298) and rubber O-ring, torque to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs).
CAUTION: The rubber o-ring must be installed with the IAC motor for proper operation.

I would also recommend doing a fuel pressure test to see if it loses fuel pressure overnight.

During cold weather the engine runs fine but during warm weather the engine dies

Could be a problem with your intake air temp sensor or your coolant temp sensor. The most likely would be the coolant temp sensor. It may be reading cold and will make it run good as the engine is cold but as it warms it is not adjusting the air fuel ration to the proper levels making it run rough hot

My jeep liberty was runing fine than it stoped runing and would not start till i pumped the gas pedel than would only run fro about for 40 seconds and than had to pump the gas to get it to run. This is the...

if your pumping the gas pedal, your only giving it more air not fuel, the injectors are doing the fuel, what is the temperature there when this happened and was this a cold start or a warm engine start.

Rear hatch will not stay open when weather is cold, temps below 45 affect the vacuum on the rear hatch. works fine in warm weather

Those little shocks are gas charged, thus pressure increases in hot, and decreases in cold. Over the years they tend to seep, or leak a bit, thus, only work good in warm/hot weather. They have replacement ones at autoparts stores, and shouldn't be too expensive.

DOES IT HURT ANYTHING FOR THE THERMASTAT TO STAY IN OPEN MODE

Yes.....The overall purpose of the thermostat is to keep the engine at a specific temperature for combustion purposes.
If the thermostat is open all the time:
1) Engine warm up is slow, heater and defrost function will be delayed and heater out put will be low.
2) Excess fuel consumption, fuel mileage will decrease due to low coolant temperatures.
3) Emissions testing will fail.
4) Excess carbon build up on spark plugs and combustion chamber, engine performance will begin diminish.
5) Moisture will condense on inside of engine crankcase causing oil contamination.
These are just a few things that will be caused by low coolant temperatures. Some will not occur immediately, but left unfixed, will decrease engine and transmission life expectancy.
Hope this helps, you can get by for a short time but it does need to be fixed.
Regards,
