JUST after OR during it alarms scan the PCM for DTC errors based on alarms.

Sounds like a battery issue. First have battery checked on car. If that checks ok then check battery in your fob. If that checks ok then check for good continuity of your battery cables.
try unlocking the doors with your factory remote first then press your remote start button, if it starts without your panic alarm sounding you need to check under the dash and make sure that the disarm wire is hooked up securly to the purple wire at the bcm
Chances are it is an electric contact inside of one of the door latches not making good contact. The BCM is getting a signal that one of the doors is being opened and thinks the car is being stolen. Usually ends up being the drivers door as it is used more than the others.
If it is the factory alarm it will deactivate when you put the key in and turn it to start the car,if it is a aftermarket add on it will have to be removed from the car.
