SOURCE: How to change front strut on 2001 toyota tundra?

Yes you need a spring compressor to remove the strut if you take it apart you will have no way to compress the spring to get the strut back together.

How to change Serp. Belt on 2007 Toyota tundra

The belt diagram is usually under the hood on the strut housing, on the radiator mount, or on the underside of the hood. They're sometimes inside the driver's door on the frame. The user's manual may also have the diagram.

I need insturtion on how to replace front sturts on a 2007 tuntra

The best thing to do is to remove the whole strut and take it to a shop with the new strut and have them replace it. If you don't have a strut compressor to compress the spring, it is not a wise idea to remove the nut. It is under alot of pressure. If your face is any where near the spring if it let's go. You don't want to be near it. Take it to a shop.

    Oil change on a tundra

No special wrench needed for filter.
The oil filter is located in the front of the engine on the right side, down at the bottom.
It's easier to change the filter by taking of the front skid plate underneath. You'll need a 12mm socket to take it off.

If you try to get it from the top, you'll get oil all over the skid plate and have a big mess to clean up. Plus, you may damage the radiator by leaning on it.

Changing Front Shocks on 2001 Tundra

Its pretty straight forward with the proper spring compressor, the springs are pretty strong. After you remove them from the truck mark the top plate and spring to maintain the proper orientation when you swap out the shock. If the top plate turns it'll be hard to get the studs lined up on install.
