Hello. Welcome to FIxYa. Please allow us to assist you
The maintenance required light is there to remind you that your oil change is due. This light needs to be reset after the oil ic changed, it is manually reset. If you just had your oil changed, the light will not go off by itself. The light is designed to illuminate after 5,000 miles since the last reset procedure.

That is a friendly "get the oil changed light" and a reminder that a 25K service is due. To get rid of the light, push down the "A" trip reset button, turn the car off (while holding the button down), and turn the ignition on but don't start the car - while still holding down the A reset button. You'll see a count up meter on the display that will tell you when the system is reset. Enjoy.

I don't know for sure, but I'd imagine oil, oil filter, and air filter changes, tire rotation, brake and strut inspection, and maybe a cabin air filter change. Look in your owner's manual near the back - each service should be spelled out in there so you don't go in unprepared.

You can take it back and have them reset the light that they for got to do. Or check your manual and do it your self. I think you push the trip setter and hold it until the dashes disappear. Or go to trip a and then push and hold.
1) Make sure your display is on "odometer" not on a trip setting.
2) Push and hold the reset button
3) Turn the key to the ON postion (while continuing to hold the reset button).
4) Watch for the light to blink and then go out.
5) release the reset button
