2000 Camry. interior lights both driver and passenger do not illluminate and I assume it is the fuse located behind the dash. There is no diagram indicating which fuse it is of the10+ that are there. The manual shows no diagram only the loction of the various fuse boxes. Thanks for any help.

It locates behind the coin box ( left , below steering whell ). You have to replace the coin box, just pull it out sofly. =)

Cigarette/radio is a 15amp fuse located in the panel, middle row, bottom fuse. Basically you have 3 colums and 4 rows of fuses in there.

you have to get under it and there should be a small accsess panel to remove

Is it water or antifreeze?Antifreeze will feel slick and that would be your heater core. If it's water the drain hole for the a/c is plugged. To locate drain look under hood and lower part of firewall near the bottom you will see a little hose coming out of the firewall.Carefully use a piece of wire and insert in drain and try to unplug it.
