Canadian parts differ from Us and Mexico. Using a US part will decertify Canadian motor vehicle standards. I wouldn't try using anything but Canadian parts

if its a manual transmission then 75-90 gear oil. i suggest moving up to full synthetic 75-90. if it an automatic then toyota type t-iv is the fluid. you can get this at the dealer.

It will do better then the one is in right now. It will help you out a lot more with horse power for the car.

If its automatic put in dexron III if it's manual it takes 30 weight transmisson oil.

I believe the 2zz-fe motor will go in there. Very fast.

An engine from another Corolla up to 1997 will fit. There are 2 engines though. 4A-fe (1.6L) or a 7A-fe (1.8L) They look similar but run different Engine managment computers. The 4A-fe uses a 3spd auto trans and the 7A-fe uses a 4spd auto trans. Also some of the wiring may be different.
