1982 912SC won't start. Battery is good and all dashboard lights come on. When turning the key further I only hear 1 klick but nothing happens. What to check first.

At times the battery gets low on voltage whilst driving and picks up again. I had the alternator checked and it works perfectly.

Started my car and it started right up. Turned it off and then went to start it a few moments later and would't start. Battery and fuses are good. What else can I check?

You might have to change the spark plugs or at least have them cleaned.

I have a 1994 honda civic and it wont start the dash lights light up but then nothing there is no sound of the engine trying to turn over..what is it likely to be? just the starter or more?

1st check battery terminals to be making connections, next, make sure battery fully charged, then move to fuse box under the hood for burnt battery fuse, then check battery charge,if good, then suspect bad connection to starter (wires) then suspect bad starter. if not that, then try to turn engine over manually by crankshaft bolt to see if cranks locked. thank you for choosing fixya.com

04onda civic when driving it it just died and wont start does nothing lights wont come on it did it before and a day later it started battery is good

Your problem sounds like a dirty or loose battery term either on + or - or dirty fuse or relay problem.
So start the engine in Park and open the bonnet and play with the battery wires plus any relays and fuses in box to see if the lights and engine stop if not then take it to the auto elect shop as it can cause a problem in the Alternator.

1989 honda civic runs but when you turn lights on car stalls out. Have checked alternator, fuses.

CHECK ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT TENSION.MAKE SURE IT NOT TOO LOOSE.AND CHECK YOUR IDLE SPEED.IT SHOULD BE 700 - 800 RPM.IF IDLE SPEED TOO LOW ALTERNATOR WONT TURN FAST ENOUGH.BUT CHECK ALTERNATOR OUT PUT AT BATTERY.IT SHOULD BE 13.5 TO 14.5 VOLTS.IF NOT PROBLEM IN ALTERNATOR.CHECK ALTERNATOR FUSE AND ITS BATTERY FEED WIRE AND VOLTAGE REGULATOR WIRES.

My 96 honda civic has a idle problem. I gotta charge my battery daily...we got a new alternator and its a brand new cell battery but the idle goes low and every light within the car including the dash, cd...

Check the battery cable connections at both ends for loose or corroded connections. I would also insure that the drive belt and connections to the alternator or good and tight. You also want to check relevant fuses.
If all this checks out then there could be a "sneak" circuit draining the battery somewhere. You could verify this by connecting an ammeter between the battery positive terminal and the battery with the key off, it should read zero or very very close to it. If you are seeing more than a few tenths of an amp current flow (preferably less) then I would start tracking through the wiring beginning with any new electronics that have been installed or repaired lately.

Lights blinking

Sounds like you may have bad battery make sure your battery is getting the charging voltage of 13,8 volts or higher check it with a volt meter and see if the alternator is working right I've gotten bad alternators one can never be to sure than elminate that problem and move onto the battery make sure its good. it should have 12.6 volts or higher after it has been fully charged or you think its charged . than last check your relays and your fuses make sure there all working good luck
