Hi just change the buckle if you want to disconnect it remove the wire at the base of the buckle if you want the light off remove the globe behind dash face panel. to be honest its best to replace the buckle if its costs too much grab a second hand one
As it is a safety feature, it is unwise to disconnect it. A replacement buckle should be used as this contains the switch. Check also any connectors that may be loose around this area.
You can disconnect it yourself. There is a wire lead that comes from the seatbelt fastener, you may need to lift the carpet up a bit. This lead will have a connector, dis connect it at the connector. This will deactivate the alam, however your seatbelt light will remain on. From here you can see where the malfunctioning switch is, if you feel confident to change it.
Belt switch must be repaired or replaced
