Put the parking brake On and jack up the front of your SUV.

Remove the lug nuts and you will be able to remove the tire and rimm by sliding them off.Remove the spindle bolt located at the center of the rotor using an 36 mm socket(approx).

Remove the two nuts located behind the rotor (one at top and other at the bottom). This will enable you to remove the brake caliper.While removing it be careful that the caliper tube stays straight.

Slide under your passport and remove the 4 bolts behind the hub using an 12 mm(approx) wrench.Pull the hub assembly out and this will remove the hub rotor in some cases if you are using an tool for pulling the hub assembly out or you have to slide the rotor off the hub assembly.

Slide the new rotor into the hub assembly.Reinstall the brake caliper and make sure the caliper tube is not twisted. Replace the spindle bolt.

Leaking brake fluid from right front wheel 1995 honda passport
Sounds like from what you describe it's a leaking break caliper. The best thing to do is get a rebuilt one. It's best to replace them in pairs. Also replace or clean the brake pads thoroughly!

My passport wouldn't brake, then there was a bump and now it won't move in gear at all. Ideas?
It is possible that you have a caliper locked up. When in gear, do you notice any attempt at movement? A locked up caliper ( or wheel cylinder if you have drum brakes in the rear) will keep the car from moving but it will TRY to move - you will notice a raising of the front of the car if your brakes are locked up. It would be best to have it towed to a shop unless you have mechanical skill sufficient to change the brakes yourself. You will probably need to replace the rotors as well as the brake pads and calipers. The caliper pushes the pads into the rotor which causes friction sufficient to stop the car.

How to change my front rotors
To change the rotors you will need to first remove the wheels, then remove the brake caliper and brake pads. Next, you will need to remove the caliper mounting bracket. Once you have done this, the rotors should just pull off. If they still seem stuck you can try tapping on them with a wrench as they may be stuck on the hub do the brake heat and pressure over time.

No special tools needed, this Honda has the old type inner and outer wheel bearing's, remove cotter pin, spindle nut slide rotor out, remove wheel bearing, repack new bearing with grease and don't forget to replace grease seal's, install new part's adjust spindle nut and install cotter pin.Good luck,hope this was very helpful.

95 passport shakes when4x4 is engaged during acceleration
Bad u-joints at front driveline and/or u-joints at axle connection from behind rotors- going into front differential. Need new u-joints at either the driveline front and back (going into differential or to Transfer case) or the Left and Right side axles going into the differential. Put Locking (or "Lock-outs) hubs on front axles... WARN brand are best... about $75 a pair and you can do it yourself, easily.

Brake pedal vibration
Sounds like sticky caliper for one reason or another which has probably warped rotor(s). When that vibration occurs & you pull over to stop it, carefully touch rim to see if hot, or hotter than other side, which is a good indicator to tell you which one is sticking. Don't just change one though, do both.
that is provided it's just not a case of lubricating sliders etc, to get calipers moving freely.
