Check camshaft and crankshaft sensors and wires leading to them. This code means it the computer isn't getting signal from one or both sensors.

Check connections to crank sensor, then reset your comp by disconnecting your battery cables and holding them together. Make sure to have the code cleared as well.

P1391 (M) Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP Loss of the Cam Position Sensor or Crank Position sensor has occurred.

According to engine-codes.com the code is for a problem with the glow plug circuit on bank one. That circuit would need to be checked.

P1391 means intermittent loss of CKP and CMP , these sensor are monitor when the engine cranking,or running,These can come from a damage flex plate for the cranksensor or damage tone wheel for the camsensor,to a failing cranksensor ,failing camshaft sensor, to even the harness intermittent connnection

P1391 is a code relating to either the Camshaft or Crankshaft sensor. It could also be a wiring connector fault. Hope this helps...
