When I accelerate in 1st or 2nd gear an orange warning light comes on in the display panel beneath the speedometer. I don't know what the light means - can anyone help? The light looks like a box with water spouting out of the top of it and is situated directly above the red "Parked" light that comes on when the handbrake is on.
I think the power has also dropped - is this serious? Should I take it to a garage? The car is a 1997 Saab 9000 CSE.
Many thanks. Jonathan
Hi it sounds like the low water warning light for the windscreen washers, some models have a warning for low level. when you are accelerating the water level is running away from the sender. check the levels and fill up all your water bottles. try after that. hope this is your problem and it is ok.
