I have a water leak under the back seats, the water is coming from the ventilation pipe when I turn on the A/C "legs" mode, it's blowing the water very badly. I already investigated the subject myself and I find out that the sunroof drains are getting clogged, so the water can't it's way out. Can you please tell me in this case how to unclog that drain and is this the real cause of this problem??

SOURCE: Wet carpet under front Passenger seat

You have drain blockage in the condesor case itself. There is a small tube that will drain the condensor case, the big black plastic case that contains most of your a/c system inside the car. This case collects moisture and that must drain normally from the case drain to the outside of your car onto the ground.. If this drain is plugged, you will have leakage on to the floor. If the moisture is allowed to remain in the carpet, mildew will set in and then you will have to replace the carpet.

SOURCE: sunroof leak

there are drain hoses on all all four corners of the sunroof. to access the front ones, remove the front inner fender liners. you'll probably see a plastic grommet/spout that the drain hose attaches to. in the rear, remove the trunk liners on the side. you should see the drain hoses running down the inside of the quarter panel.

We have a leak in our 3 door hatch where the back seat on the drivers side is very wet we have taken out the seat and removed the plastic trim from the boot we still can't find where it is coming from has...

I remember VW used to have their heater core under the back seats. When the core goes bad, all the water in your radiator leaks under the back seat floor mats. I'm not sure if this is the case, but does your heater work? Do you smell a maple-like odor under the seats? Do you keep filling the radiator a lot? Real puzzle.
Or, it may be coming from under the seats. Water from rainy days may be coming in from under the body. Check if you can see daylight under the seats: Place a high beam light source under the car and see if you can see the light from the inside. It is really a mystery if this isn't the cause.

Found what i think is water under driver seat mat and passenger seat mat.why?

Possible that the drain of the AC from the drain hose under the dash has leaked or the hose has come off that had caused this issue.
Look on the underside of the evaporator tank where the condensation of the water from the cooling pipes collects. This has to drain by a hose to the bottom of the floor of the car. This must have come or displaced.
Make sure that the drain also is not choked or clogged.

I am seeing water behind the pump on the top of the motor in the v under all the fuel injection / intake is that normal for water pump to leak there if its bad?

its not normal. the water pump will leak in front, not back. There is a pipe and hose down in the VEE that can leak. If the pipe is bad, you will need to remove the pump to replace it. The intake manifold will need to come off, to replace the pipe/ hose. the hose connects a pipe behind the water pump to a pipe at the rear of the block to a heater hose.

It is geting water inth air and ventilation system and throw it ina the cab

It's most likely a heater core leak. Hot radiator fluid is passed through the inside of the heater core, and air is passed over that. if there is a pin-hole leak in the radiator core, then it will come out of the vents. Turning off the heat setting will not change the leak either, it will still leak and collect in the lowest spot, and then blow out the vents when it strikes the fan impeller blades. the heater core is fed from 2 smaller radiator hoses. If you look under the hood, you'll see 2 large hoses that come out of the radiator. you'll also see 2 smaller hoses that go back towards the front of your car through the firewall. these 2 little hoses go to your heater core. Most cars require dash removal to change out the heater core. Unless you are pretty handy, I'd leave this one to the shop.

Water leaking from under car from passenager side. looked under car one arn length in. small hose attached about 1 1/2 in long that's where water coming from. all gauges read normal, rad and over flow full

This could be your evaporator drain pipe. Is it just open at the end? If you have A/C, the evaporator will get condensation when the compressor runs and will release water. The hose is to let the water out of the car. The compressor may run when you turn on A/C or could also run with the mode selector in windshield mode. If this isn't it or you have more questions, please get back to us.

Water on floor behind front passenger seat

drill a hole through the floor as a quick fix ,if it gets in let it out ,then check for the leak ,try under the firewall where the AC drain pipe is ,it could be the same pipe for drain water coming in from air intake vents
