I had a similar issue. I had an alignment done which it needed. I had wear on the inside of my drivers side tire, my first thought was alignment. Got it aligned and it still pulled sharply to the right. I checked tie rods and ball joints and they were fine. I then rotated my tires (front to back) problem solved.

It may be just an alignment problem, but could also be a stuck brake caliper on the passenger side front if it pulls to the right when you let go of the sterring wheel. do you smell brakes hot around that passenger front wheel after you've driven it for say 20 miles or so? if you do smell the brakes hot, then you probably have a bad brake caliper on that passenger front. if no smell, then you're on track with the alignment. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fix ya.com

How to tell if you have a bad wheel hub on 01 Ford explorer. I've had all of these things done... Bushel arms, ball joints, tire end rods replaced and my tires aren't sitting right still

A fires misalignment with the road is corrected by a wheel alignment providing all the steering components are within acceptable spec. Go to a good full service front end shop that specializes in truck alignments.

Keeps pulling to the right

check wheel bearing condition and adjustment on the right wheel. Check that the pads and caliper is free on the disc rotor. Check wheel alignment. Check tyre size and tyre pressure . Check for free movement of rear brakes as a dragging rear brake will affect the steering. Check the rear end alignment as an out of align rear axle will affect the front end steering.

Steering wheel shakes when i hit bumps

Bad shocks will cause the front jump around. Also check the tires for uneven wear.
The entire front end should be looked over if the shocks are bad you may also have other parts worn as well.

Steering shuttering 1999 ford explorer

This is usually caused from air in the power steering system. On more then one occasion i've experienced this after doing a brake job or an alignment. Because you turn the wheels with out the engine running you move power steering fluid throughout the system aerating it. The fix is to simply turn the wheel lock to lock repeatedly with the engine on and parked. This will "bleed" the system. Oddly Explorers are the only vehicle i've ever seen this happen to. Unfortunately it looks like you replaced the wheel bearing needlessly.
