This is the sign of a failing outer CV joint in the drive shaft. look under car at driveshaft. the rubber boot around CV joint is probably torn. This allows lube to fling out and water to come in, contaminating the CV joint. Replace the entire drive shaft instead of replacing only the outer CV joint.

When I turn my car to the left, it makes a rubbing/ grinding noise.

Check the brake pads by turning the wheel fully to the left and looking at the disc if it is scored you need new pads. Also Jack the car on the left front so the wheel is off the ground and try to rock it side to side if it moves and there is a clicking sound it could be the wheel bearings.

1999 Nissan Quest while turning left it makes a clicking sound. What could be wrong.

it sound to me like you have a cv joint worn out. these are located on either end of your driveshafts and dependant on where and what side the noise is will indicate which 1 needs replacing. usaually caused by a split cv gaitor leading to an ingress of dirt and water.

Left turn signal does not turn itself off

The multifunction switch (turnsignal swtich) more than likely requires replacement. There are small tabs inside and if it is broken or not quite seated right it would cause this problem.
