Hallo i have a problem with my vw sharan 1.9tdi from 2002. When i activate the the heater in the cabin,and set the regulator to blow at the windshield, the blower is working okay ibut there is not coming wind at the front

i believe that when you put the volume up to the max, you blow up the main fuse, because the new radio with volume up to the max consume more amps than the fuse is set to for the original radio.
now you have to look into the fuse boxes and replace the fuse, this will sort out the radio and the door lock problems as i hope.

Is a US model. Is it a van? What do you mean by "Heater Matrix"?

probably has another Brocken wire cheack all the wiring that you can and then go from there

if the pump is working u should a clicking from the fuel injector.Sometimes if it doesnt fire right away, it will overload with fuel and fire.

Hi Paul, check the engine coolant level, the thermostat and the valve operation which controls the coolant going into the cabin heater. The most likely problem would be with the heater regulator valve.You'll find that located on the fire wall between the engine and cabin. It will have two hoses and an adjustment device fitted. It very well may be stuck. Regards John

Your AC compressor is activated via Climatronic control. The system regulates inside temperature activating the compressor or opening the flap from the heater core. This will be automatic when you set the temp you desired inside the vehicle. Unless you see the words ECON on the right side of the LCD display, your AC compressor will be engaged and the rad fan will operate to prevent the engine from over heating. Press ECON until you see it displayed and it will disengage the compressor and use only the interior blower fan to regulate the inside temp by opening the outside air flap and not from the AC.

try checking fuses first otherwise u need an autoelectrician

well will it start using a little shot of starting fluid ? if so you might have a weak pump . try this and see . thanks Jerry

Check to see if the cable has come loose from it`s clip.
Look under the dash with a torch.
