How Do You Fix A Blown Head Gasket On A 94 Camry Sedan?

This is a difficult answer to fit into this one page but I will provide as much supporting information I can.

A head gasket can blow in one of 3 ways usually, leaking coolant into cylinder from water gallery, leaking oil from oil gallery, or pressure leakaga from one cylinder to the next...........

To replace it, is a case of removing all of the engine top components, up to and including the timing belt. The inkate manifold, exhaust manifold, to do this you will edd to drop the coolant as well, causing a little mess, and finally taking the cylinder head in a systematic way, normally undoing the head bolts starting from the middle ones and working around in a circle...so as to excessively warp the head on removel.

You will then need (strongly advise) that the cylinder head be serviced, to check for flat face, and crack testing (to find out the cause of the gasket failure in the first place).........and then replace the valve stem seals in the process..

Installation is a reverse of disassembly, and you would also be advised to replace all gaskets and seals that are used, they normally come as part f a kit, when the head gasket is purchased.

To take on this job requires a torque wrench for redoing the cylinder head bolts......and definetly a must, a manufactureres manual for all the torque settings, and step by step instructions shoudl you need them.

I would only suggest that you try this yourself if you have done something like this before, or have a friend who has, and is willing to assist you, IF you do not, I suggest strongly to suss out a few repairers and pay for it to be done,,,,,,,
