If memory serves, there are two screws holding this light assy to the rear package deck. They are covered (LH and RH side of this assy). remove the covers and using a phillips screwdriver, remove the screws and lift the assy up and away from the rear glass. you now have access to the bulb and socket.

DESCRIPTION:
The security system keyless adapter cable (SPX/Kent-Moore P/N 09900-21300) is a special service tool (SST) that is used for programming new keyless entry remote transmitters to the factory security systems. The keyless adapter is used in conjunction with the Hi-Scan Pro (with Hi-Scan SOL Pro Software Version 09-29-03
or newer) and Data Link Connector (DLC) Cable.

I have an '03 Hyundai Accent 1600cc. I am told by the techies at the local dealer, the fuel filter is ON the fuel tank. You gain access to it by removing the back seat, then opening the panel beneath the back seat. Replace the filter, screw the panel back onto the floor and the job is done....
