our site has pics. I have shop manual for $15 plus postage.
our site has a link to free online shop manuals. you have to remove instrument panel first. then remove plenum.
alternate is to cut case and then reseal with silicone sealer. high technical skill needed though.

If you are just getting cold air out of the heater, your problem is just that you have air trapped in teh cooling system and heater. Read the file on our site on how to "burp" the system, or just go to a shop that has Evac/Fill cooling system equipment and have them flush & fill system. It should cost about $75. The vacuum equipment will **** all the air out. Very common problem with today's cooling systems.

i tried that but cant see to get all nuts screws and or bolts out to remove plenum and photos avalable??
thanks but i am now getting a lil heat but very lil..i am sure it was plagged and i got some of the **** out as before there was no circulation i couldnt get air or water to go through it..after many atempts of reverse flushing i now at least have some circulation :).....again thank you very much for your help
