Last week my son was pulling seat belt way to fast to buckle up and got pissed off and started pulling even harder now the seat belt will not come out at all, is there a way to unlock it? I've tried the little button inside the door and still nothing.

You will need to work it pull light out lightly to try to free it up, keep pulling lightly and quickly otherwise you will need to replace it, they dont reccommend opening due to it may fail in a crash, ive had a few it takes time but will free up sometimes this sounds like your son jammed the internal gear with the lock arm.try using a screw driver to roll the roller in and then pull and see if it releases, hope this helps .
