this means you have a misfire, a complete tune-up would be recommended,the plugs are located on the top of the valve cover remove the plug wire and the plug is in the same tube a total of four.
check and see if you have one of the light bulbs burned out. If one is burned out, then they will not be able to blink. Have someone check the lights on the side that won't blink to see if a light isn't working. If the bulbs are all OK, then it is probably a relay switch.
Replace the A/C compressor revolution sensor, bolted to the side of the compressor, unless the connector was inadvertantly left unconnected. This is the only reason the AC light will blink.
