On my right hand drive 2007 Toyota Corolla 1.6 wagon (NZ) the interior fuse box for the radio/cig lighter/mirrors etc was in behind the glovebox. I had to pull open the glovebox (squeeze in the sides to get it past the stops) and carefully unclip it from its bottom plastic hinges (take care to unclip the opening damper on the left hand side as well). Looking up I found the cover to the fuse box. I removed the cover and using the little white plastic tool from the fuse box under bonnet (and the spare 15A fuse from the same place) I replaced the blown 15A CIG fuse and it all came back to life!

Check to make sure that the 15 amp TAIL fuse, the 15 amp DOME fuse and the 15 amp CIG fuse are all good. If you have taillamps that light, a dome light that lights, and the cigar lighter works, you need to replace the clock.

There are two fuse boxses, one located underneth the dash on the drivers side kick panel, also one located under the hood on the passenger side fenderwell by the windshueld.

Sorry. The clock, the dome light and the radio are on the same circuit. If the radio works, the clock is bad.

This is a common problem with many Japanese manufactured digital clocks. The good news is that it can be refurbished at a decent price via Dr. Clock at www.subaru-clock.com. He will even send you simple tips to make the clock removal easy.
