it is all going to depend on what wires they cut or messed with. i would not reccomend taking it to the dealer, i suggest getting a wiring diagram ALL DATA has a good one time user program that would give a good diagram or ideal on where to start with the wires, note that they may have burned some wires up or shorted something out.

Ground points are in different locations throughout wiring harness. If you had any work done to engine it is very possible to have missed one of the grounding eyelets during the process of putting things together. Check along wiring harness in any area you can see or reach to try to locate any loose or disconnected ground looks.
