The normal service interval is from 90-120K miles based on driving conditions.
You should consider replacing the waterpump at the same time as it is driven off the timing belt.

Installing watrpump

on a 2006 Hyundai Tucson?

What motor, 4 cylinder or V-6?

Both motors will require the removal of the timing belt in order to service the water pump. The 4 cylinder water pump is not driven by the water pump but the belt interferes with the pump removal. The V-6 is timing belt driven. Timing belts on both engines are fairly easy comparatively speaking however failure to properly reinstall the timing belt will result in catastrophic engine failure on the 4 cylinder model. If you do not have any experience with timing belts I would suggest not doing this repair yourself.

Does the '94 camry wagon have a timing belt or chain? It's a 4 cylinder.

1994 2.2 liter 4 cylinder is a timing belt, it should be changed every 90,000 miles under moderate driving conditions, under severe driving conditions (stop and go traffic, etc.) it should be changed every 60,000 miles

How do you set the timing on a Plymouth Voyager ? I have to repace a broken timing belt. I was also told to replace the water pump is that true.

It is recommended because if you have to change the water pump belt change since you have to remove it and you save work in the future as we recommend changing the camshaft seals and crankshaft as it saves time and money

What else needs to be changed when doing a timing belt on a 1999 honda accord? and about how much should it cost?

Technically, nothing else needs to be changed when replacing a timing belt, however it is recommended or suggested to replace the timing belt tensioner and water pump while doing the belt. These items are only accessable when doing a timing belt. The cost should be under $100.00

Does the 2000 subaru outback have a timing belt that needs to be changed and at what miliage intervals

It should if it is a 4 cylinder. And any good mechanic would suggest to replace the belt between 70,000 to 90,000 miles.
