Does anyone have a diagram (correct diagram) for reinstalling a serpentine belt on a 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.0 V6?

I made a shield to go on the idler pulley out of sheet metal. I made it so it does not rub up against the pulley itself. I then got snowed in up at Lake Arrowhead and drove out thru the snow with no problem whereas before if I hit a big puddle that miserable illconceived belt would fall off. It really makes me wonder how the wonder boys with the big paychecks come up with these modern wonders that can suddenly leave us without power steering. anyway, enough venting, the shield is easy to make and installs on the same bolt the pulley is on.

I have the exact same problem. The entire design of this vehicle is bad. It has front end problems rear light problems (continuous brake lights out). I am sure the only way to solve this problem is to take it out back and shoot it.
