check the wheel bearings for failure
check the disc rotors fir failure on the inside from brake pads worn out

ON TOP OF THE RADIATOR THERE IS A SCREW CAP , 3/4 TURN ANTI CLOCKWISE DON'T TRY TO OPEN IT WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT .

Go to an auto parts store and buy the Hanes manualfor Mercury Topaz of the years range you need. It is all in there!

1994 topaz will not turn over all the way, there is spark, changed alternator, starter, gave it a tuneup, checked fuedl filter and pump they work, still nothing, any suggestions?

It's almost brand new. Take it to the dealer under warrantee.

I believe it should be in your passenger side kick panel next to the door

Mines was doing the same thing. my mechanic said it was te fuel pump.

check if you got rack in pinion steering the mounting bolts for looseness .check tie rod end housing seats and the inner tie rod ball studs for wear.if all is good.your rack has worn pinion bushing and rack bushing.
