just the same as brakes.....open fluid reservoir, open bleed nipple at slave cylinder, have someone press the clutch pedal 4 times, and hold down on 4th stroke, close nipple..repeat process 3 or 4 times till you have clutch pressure, top up with fluid, and close reservoir
you may have a stuck thermostat,if all fans are working then just flush out radiator and replace
thermostat.check for any coolant leaks and check coolant level after few days
i would say your brakes are getting worn out because if the m.c. is low the only reason its low is because your brakes are worn down the fluid doesnt just disappear unless you have a leak just take look and see if anything is wet underneath.
brake fluid goes in the resevoir which is on top of the master cylinder,it also supplies the clutch as well,if you think you have a problem take car to a garage as playing with something your not sure of could cause a fatal accident
Sounds like air has gotten into the hydraulic clutch system, or it is low on fluid from a failed master or slave hydraulic clutch cylinder or connecting line between the master and slave cylinders.
