I need to replace the cabin filter. Is there one? Do know the location

I don't know if you are talking about the engine air filter or the cabin air filter so I will try to cover both.

Ford F150 cabin air filter location. From year 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.

Cabin air filter on Ford F150 is located inside the car on the passenger side.

If is first time when you change this filter you need to following this work procedure.

1.Remove the plastic panel (see in picture) for a easier access.


2.Install the plastic onto cabin air filter housing cover and use screw to hold this on position.

1. Open the glove box.
2. Depress the tabs located on the inside of the glove-box so it swings out of the way.
3. Remove the 8mm bolt covering the air filter. Remove the filter cover and old filter if any (2 pieces)
4. The new air filters are marked with arrows (direction of air flow, should point down).
5. Insert first filter, push to the right. Insert second filter.
6. Replace filter cover and 8mm bolt.

cabin filter is located behind glove box. open glove box and remove the 2 side rubber catchers and let fall down. you will see 4 tabs, 2 on each side of rectangular box. press them and pull out the tray and your cabin filter is in the tray

your cabin air filter is located under the windshield wiper cover on the passenger side of car open your hood to see the access panel

If you release the holders on the sides of the glovebox (when it is open) the glovebox will hang down, and you will see a removable black panel behind the glovebox...remove that panel, and the cabin filter will be behind it. 

I have a 2002 C240 Mercedes and need to replace the cabin air filter. Problem, I don't know were it is located or how to replace it. Can you help me.
