I suppose if you had gone to the trouble of reading your owner's manual, instead of asking someone else to do it for you, you would discover that is an oil change reminder. Now your next question could also be answered by reading the manual. Beyond that, the car is still under warranty so you could contact a dealer with these questions.

Be sure you are actually losing the oil. Check the levels frequently. If the oil light came on after 2k miles, it could be that your sensor is reading the oil as burnt or warn beyond it's life expectancy. It could simply be time for an oil change. However, if you recently changed the oil and the light is still on, then either the sensor has gone bad or possibly problems with the oil pump. Start small and work to large. I would check my levels often. If you are losing oil, then it might be on the backside of the motor. Possibly a small leak from a valve cover gasket.

When I start my car smoke comes out of tail pipe for a few seconds water all so coming out

Water and vapor (steam) coming from the tail pipe is normal and will stop after a few miles when everything is hot. That is one of the reasons exhausts need replacing as they rot with rust and is more evident on cars that only do low mileage as the exhaust does not get hot enough to boil off the water and it sits in the pipe slowly rusting it away. What you see as smoke is probably steam and is more evident on cold mornings. If the car is not using oil then I wouldn't worry.

White smoke comes out tailpipe when I romp on gas. wont pass smog visual test

Visual test fail is visual white smoke out of the tail pipe?
The engine seems to be burning something it shouldn't, such as coolant, brake fluid, oil. It may have a check engine light on or may not. Give it a leak down test and check for blown gaskets. Look it up in youtube or google it.

1997 acura rl 3.5 WHITE SMOKE no over heating no no noise no smell no loss of coolant only white smoke even driving

Smoke can only be caused by something burning. Only candidates are oil and water. It doesn't take much - maybe even small enough that you won't notice loss over many miles. Check compression on all cylinders. You should see something there.

Acura 3. 5 rl 2002 has small / slow oil leak. Is this a problem with 200000 mi

It could be a problem. Check the underside of the engine. Is there an oil drip? Check especially the area where the engine is bolted to the gearbox (bell housing). If there is a drip, you have leaking main bearing oil seal.
Next check is the vacuum pipe from the intake manifold to the carburettor / air intake and from the manifold to the brake booster. Is there any sign of oil wetness here?
After 200 000 your engine is likely getting slightly worn. Oil in these places around the engine indicates compression blow-by. Another check is, when driving, select a nice downhill where you can take your foot off the accelerator and can run against compression for a while. Look in the mirror when you put your foot down on the accelerator and check for a telltale puff of smoke. This indicates the probability of worn valve stems and seals, which means you're burning oil which shows up as oil loss.
By and large, if you have slight oil loss after almost a quarter of a million miles, don't worry, as long as your car doesn't leak or smoke to the extent where you mess up the environment.

Van used 2.5 quarts of oil in 1200miles no sign of oil burning or blue smoke at tail pipe. oil light comes on frequently 2004 dodge caravan

If there is no sign of oil consumption, then you have a leak some where. Un-noticed leaks are usually found at the rear main seal and leak as you are driving. If you crawl under the vehicle and closely inspect the area where the engine block meets the transmission you may find evidence of an oil leak.

Oil consumption in 2005 acura rl. the car has 100,000miles and we have been told 1 quart every 1,000 miles is normal.

A quart /1000 miles is on the high side for that mileage- something abnormal is causing it.
1) Ensure any motor oil leaks are fixed to ensure they are not contributing to the oil loss.
2) Observe if any blue smoke from exhaust on downhill coast/deceleration - if present it indicates worn valve stem oil seals (these can be replaced relatively cheaply).
3) If blue smoke from exhaust on acceleration the piston rings may be worn- (costly repair).

Hi, I have primera., i check the engine oil, and it's too low so i bought 4 ltrs of castrol engine oil and put all of them in the engine., and after driving the car for abt 3 miles smoke came from the tail...

If you low oil light is not illuminated it is ok to drive to the dealer. Putting 4 quarts in might have overfilled it leaving it to leak overboard on engine. You did not say that the smoke was coming from the tail pipe.
