I would check/replace your thermostat .....It closes to heat up the water, opens to cool it off.....yours must be staying open. Or it could be your Temp Senser (engine block)

Do you have a engine temp gauge? If so see if it is reading normal, If it is reading low you may need a thermostat, check your coolant and see if it is full, If all this checks out the electronics for your blend doors is acting up, or you have something keeping the blend doors from moving, i have found a pencil in a blend door before.

Blower for ac/heat only work on lower 3 levels.

Check the blower motor resitor. Use a 12v test light at the switch and notice the bulb brightness change as you switch settings.. Probably have a bad blower resiter.

Heating broke

Was the blower making strange noises before it quit? If not, does the blower work at all? perhaps only on one speed? If it only works on one speed, look for the resistor that goes with the blower motor. I assume it will be near the blower itself, but can't tell you where. An auto parts store can probably tell you. If the blower was noisy and suddenly quit, you will likely need to replace the blower motor.
